Cleanroom optical particle counter sensor core module 3016 is based on laser scattering technology, which can accurately detect and calculate the number of suspended airborne particles with different particle sizes in the air. The sensor can simultaneously output quantity of particles in 6 channels including 0.3μm, 0.5μm, 1.0μm, 2.5μm, 5.0μm and 10μm, perfect for clean room particle contamination monitoring.

This series of sensors is designed based on the principle of 90-degree directional light scattering when the gas to be measured passes through the sensor cavity. The scattered light generated by the particles passing through the laser beam is received by the photodetector, and the size of the particles is determined based on the intensity of the particle scattering signal.
